  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The product is not a perishable item or personalized/customized order (unless there is a defect or error on our part).

  • Contact us at our store during normal business hours to inform us about your intention of a return
  • Provide your order details, including the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
  • Keep the contents in it’s original packaging

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

  1. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the product is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
